...boxing is such a sport... one that is built for the roman colosseum... where wagers are placed and men who pummel each other for as long as the allotted time allows or till they are destroyed... it starts sometimes with the micro-abrasions... tiny cuts all over their face, eyes, chest... and then it grows into thrusts of blood gushing... both outside and through hemorrhaging inside... it is a working class sport... celebrated... epitomizing of masculinity... death in the ring is not the worst thing... some live with pains so horrific death may seem a better option... ALLAH Knows best...
...what will it take for me and you to be less violent... less narcissistic... less supremacist... ?... and i'd like to regurgitate popular rhetoric of the day and gear this towards one group of people or maybe excuse a few groups of people... but no... been around the block/s too long to know how capable all of us are of good and evil... maybe the academic-activist bubbles or those who live in their own ethnic enclaves islands may not see it... but nyc will reveal this real quick...
